*If you do order flowers, it will be delivered the next day.

• In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

• For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

• If the floral container or wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

For delivery you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.
We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our Bouquet)
In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation is not possible on the day of delivery.
Non-refundable if canceled on the day of delivery.
