If you choose to collect the Balloon Bunch, Bouquet, Arrangement, Flower or Decoration in our facilities, you must take into account the following:

Provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who will collect the arrangement on the day and in the established time range.

The person collecting the arrangement must have time to receive the delivery. We also recommend that you pick up in a BIG car. Our Bouquets are GREAT. You must have a large, unoccupied cart to pick up, with the backs of the chairs down, so that the arrangement can be introduced without damage, balloons are exploded or accessories are removed. Pick up by SUV, Minivan, Hatchback or Touring is recommended. ANGELES FLOWER BALLOON is not responsible for damage during its transfer.

 DELIVERY POLICIES

-Angeles Flower is not responsible for anything that happens after the flower or balloon decoration & delivery is finished.

• When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and explodes.
• Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat, steam, causes them to deflate or explode.
• The latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, the microfoil balloons last from 7 to 20 days with helium gas, depending on the weather conditions or their use.
•  The helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into account that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflated, this is a natural process. Avoid placing it in front of or under the air conditioner.
• For delivery you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.
• We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our Bouquet)
• In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation is not possible on the day of delivery.
• Non-refundable if canceled on the day of delivery.
• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss that may be suffered.
• We don’t have a deposit .If you want to order the balloon & flower delivery or balloon & flower decoration, pay first before delivery & decoration .
